The Reflective Practice FAN (Facilitating Attuned Interactions) Training Program helps professionals infuse reflective practice principles and the FAN model into their communication. The FAN model for reflective practice is both a conceptual model and practical tool which is generalizable to the helping relationship. The FAN helps individuals address the needs and concerns of others by reading cues and responding accordingly.

This course contains three short mini courses for anyone with – or working with – young children to understand the importance of caregiver relationships and how those relationships, and early childhood trauma, impacts development.
